A Nonprofit Board Leadership Training & Placement Service

Nonprofit organizations work hard to enhance community quality of life. To succeed, nonprofit organizations need strong leadership. Our experience and data indicate that nonprofit boards are often compromised due to being understaffed or undertrained and as a result, not as strong as they would like or need to be.

Board Training and Placement is a program of The Jericho Road Project that trains and places corporate leaders to serve on nonprofit boards. Their participation helps them to expand individual leadership skills and professional networks as well as make a powerful and rewarding contribution to the governance of nonprofit organizations and community quality of life.
