United Teen Equality Center Special Event!

The United Teen Equality Center is a terrific for-and-by youth empowerment organization that provides services from gang peacemaking to political action in Lowell. UTEC is also one of Jericho Road's most prolific and rewarding clients and has engaged scores of volunteers over the years.

After a very rigorous selection process, UTEC was one of six nonprofits in the Greater Boston area selected to be a part of the Social Innovation Forum. As a result, on April 30th (5:30-9:00 PM) UTEC will be presenting, along with the 5 other nonprofit awardees, to a forum of community minded (potential) investors and perhaps you!

Tickets are $100 ($125 after April 21) and can be purchased by calling the Social Innovation Forum at 617-649-1518 or online at www.socialinnovationforum.org/registration.html. You can also email your rsvp to: rsvp@socialinnovationforum.org.

Quotes of note...

"Think of the Jericho Road Project as a sort of siphon of good will, expertise and volunteerism from the First Parish Church in Concord to Lowell's community-based organizations.

And it's all free."
