SpringBoardThe Jericho Road Project's SpringBoard program provides technical assistance to increase the capacity of nonprofit organizations in Lowell. SpringBoard services focus on, but are not limited to, providing assistance to organizations and projects that help the Lowell community become economically self-sustaining. Through its diverse offerings of no-cost professional services, SpringBoard allows nonprofits to realize goals they otherwise could not afford and, at times, inspires organizations to dream of, and then realize, new goals. Working in partnership with the Greater Lowell Community Foundation and other community organizations, Jericho Road offers customized services that help our clients overcome challenges and plan for the future. The range of services is diverse and includes, but is not limited to, professional and consulting services, including:
A typical Jericho Road engagement involves the services of one or two volunteers for one to three months. For general advice, a few hours may be all that's needed. Some projects last much longer than three months, such as larger initiatives in which a project manager, a team of volunteers, and community residents work together.
